What Does the Guaranteed Rent Service Include?
Our service offers robust protection across a range of common tenancy risks, subject to terms and conditions.
✔ Rent Guaranteed
If a tenant falls into arrears, missed rental payments are covered until vacant possession of the property is achieved, or for up to 15 months, whichever comes first. This helps protect landlords from sudden loss of income during what can otherwise be a lengthy process.
✔ Continued Income After Possession
Once vacant possession has been regained, landlords may be eligible to receive up to three months’ rent at 75%, providing additional financial support while the property is prepared and re‑let (where applicable).
✔ Professional Costs Covered
In the event that formal action is required, the package includes professional costs of up to £100,000 to cover eviction proceedings for certain breaches of the tenancy agreement. This removes the worry of unexpected legal expenses.
