Emma has over 20 years experience working in the property management sector, managing a complete range of services relating to rented tenancies as well as land management and some retail property. Focusing on marketing, letting and managing properties, she is results driven with an excellent track record. Emma sees developing effective relationships with clients and customers as an essential attribute for success.

Suzie Bonner, MARLA

Three Sixty Living Manager

Suzie has a wealth of experience and knowledge in Residential Lettings and Property Management. With over 20 years experience in this industry, she has worked for well known high street agents in the past as well as property developers. She has a Propertymark Level 3 Award in Residential Letting and Property Management and CIH Level 2 Award in Letting and Managing Residential Property. She is well known for developing fantastic relationships with landlords and partners.

Ian Speirs

Senior Lettings & Property Management Specialist

Ian has several years’ experience in Lettings and private property management in Greater Manchester and Cheshire and has a passion for helping tenants in finding their next homes and securing landlords the best deal and tenants for their properties.

Dominic Walker

Lettings & Property Management Specialist

With a tenant focussed background, Dominic is a highly successful organiser who has a reputation for providing first class customer service. His day-to-day role sees him: Arranging valuations, sourcing and advertising new properties, arranging and attending viewings and much more.

Jennifer Allen

Lettings & Property Management Specialist

Jennifer has a level 3 propertymark award in residential lettings & property management and has 9 years lettings and sales experience. Jennifer focuses on what motivates her landlords when managing their portfolios. Concentrating on income, minimising voids periods and updating her landlord on regulatory changes within the industry.

Housing & Property Management Assistant

Nahid is a dedicated Housing and Property Management Assistant committed to learning and honing her skills to provide exceptional customer service. Nahid is fluent in Farsi and prides herself in fostering positive relationships with tenants. Her proactive approach and willingness to go the extra mile makes her an invaluable member of the team.

Lettings & Property Management Specialist

Lydia has several years of Lettings and Property Management experience in the South Manchester and surrounding areas. She has obtained a Propertymark Level 3 Award in Residential Letting and Property Management. Lydia focuses on building and maintaining quality relationships with Landlords and Tenants, and keeping up to date with the ever-changing legislation.
